Dichiarazione dei redditi: in testa notai e farmacisti
Tra tutte le dichiarazioni dei redditi italiane al top ci sono notai e farmacisti: i primi dichiarano un reddito medio di 280 mila euro l’anno, i secondi 107 mila euro. Verso il fondo della lista che ricomprende un po’ tutte le categorie di contribuenti troviamo poi i tassisti che dichiarano 14 mila euro in media, i commercianti di elettrodomestici con 10 mila euro all’anno e i commercianti di scarpe con una media di 7 mila euro.
Questi i dati ricorrenti per i soggetti che applicano gli studi di settore relativamente alle dichiarazioni 2010 che si rifanno al periodo d’imposta precedente. I dati sono ovviamente rapportati alla redditività del settore di appartenenza e a quelli che sono i meccanismi fiscali di abbattimento reddituale.
Sulla stessa fascia dei tassisti si mantengono anche baristi, con 15 mila euro all’anno, agenti immobiliari, 17.900 euro, e benzinai, 17.600 euro. Per fotografi e agenti di viaggio tempi duri a causa del proliferare della tecnologia come internet e fotografia digitale che fanno scendere i loro redditi rispettivamente a 11.400 e 11.900 euro.
Decisamente meglio è andata per i professionisti come gli avvocati, i quali hanno mantenuto una media di reddito pari a 46 mila euro, i commercialisti, 49 mila euro, odontoiatri, 46 mila. Tali dati sono in media nazionale quindi racchiudono sia i soggetti operanti nei grandi centri abitati sia quelli che si trovano a lavorare in situazioni più piccole anche se dall’indagine sono stati esclusi i professionisti minimi, quelli che hanno un reddito inferiore ai 30 mila euro annui.
Molta la differenza tra i soggetti congrui, con le statistiche di settore, e quelli che non lo sono: si passa dai 303 mila euro all’anno per un notaio congruo ai 141 mila di uno non congruo (dato derivante evidentemente dalla crisi del mercato immobiliare che ha abbattuto il numero di compravendite per coloro che operano in realtà più piccole rispetto ai grandi centri abitati).
Per premiare la congruità, quindi per premiare una eventuale alterazione delle proprie prestazioni in merito alle dichiarazioni fiscali, le ultime manovre finanziarie hanno previsto mosse volte a proteggere dagli accertamenti tramite redditometro con l’immissione di soglie più alte di differenza tra attribuibile e dichiarato per far scattare gli accertamenti fiscali.
